On behalf of Build a Dream and in partnership with the Wellington Catholic District School Board you are invited to a FREE VIRTUAL CAREER DISCOVERY EXPO on Tuesday, November 16 from 6:00pm-8:30pm EST for young women in grades 7 to 12 and parents/guardians.
This online event will highlight opportunities and explore careers in:
- Skilled Trades
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Emergency Response
- Entrepreneurship
- Leadership
School representatives will also highlight amazing school programs such as the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), co-op, and Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM).
This expo is an opportunity for families to learn about the many in-demand careers available and how to connect the different stages of a career plan.
